We can all use someone who is objective and non-judgmental to help us find our way in today’s tangled web of choices. I know that stress and anxiety can cause emotional difficulties and even physical pain. I use methods to help you reduce this pain.
I am a mature and experienced person, and the kind of coach who can help you see the big picture of your life. It is not my goal to “change” you, but to encourage you toward self-acceptance, and self-compassion, while building self-esteem and finding the JOY in life. I can assist you in taking back control of your own life thereby giving it more depth of meaning.
I help individuals (of any age), couples, and families. Addressing the core issues of problems with me in a safe, comfortable and confidential environment can be very empowering.
I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Mindfulness, Deep Breathing, Communication Skills, Anger Management, and Relaxation Techniques. The location is easy to find, on a major street in Beaverton, Oregon.
I offer tools for living a happy and satisfied life. My office and studio space is very bright with lots of windows and greenery. I can easily accommodate eight people at a time for group sessions and projects, or provide individual therapy if desired.
