About Me...

About My Practice…

I received my Master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, with an emphasis in Art Therapy from the College of Notre Dame in Belmont, California in 1995.  I obtained my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sculpture from the San Francisco Art Institute.

I love making and sharing art… from crayons to paint, sculpture to fabric art, mask-making, collage, even working with concrete… I enjoy showing people how artistic thought enables them to make positive changes in their lives.

Not all forms of therapy I practice involve art.  I am eclectic in my methods and have 15 years of experience and success working with clients who have addictions, family issues, low mood, worry, and adjustment problems, among many other concerns.

I am willing to assist anyone, with no bias, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation.  I comply with all legal requirements regarding the confidentiality and security of your personal information.

My fee is based on a sliding scale according to income and need, between $30.00 to $80.00 per 50 minute session.

I prefer our initial contact to be by telephone, where we can briefly discuss your needs and expectations.  Then, at no charge we will have an individual half-hour consult session at my office to see if we think we’ll be a good fit for each other.

Please feel free to email or call me at (503) 998-7956.
